I did not realize how much I missed the snow until today while I was video chatting with my family in Utah. They mentioned that after talking with us they would be heading out to go sledding. Now don't get me wrong, there are still many reasons that I am glad to not be in the snow, but I do miss taking the kids sledding or tubing. I guess this is the price you pay for 70 degree weather in Arizona all winter long.
We are excited to be close to Andrea's family for the holidays. While we could live without the snow, it was very hard being away from family for the holidays the last two years. We hope that we never have to do that again, unless we are living on some tropical island.
